Retreats
A longer, more spacious experience to step away from everyday life, into a beautiful and peaceful space to reconnect with yourself.
Hey, I’m Kaylin.
I create intentional gatherings where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner world, and experience the joy of being fully present and connected with yourself and others.
Through women’s circles and guided journalling workshops, I hold spaces for reflection, honest conversation and connection.
In a world that asks so much of us, these gatherings are a place to pause, breathe, and return to our hearts.
Women’s
Circles
A women’s circle is a small, guided gathering where you can come as you are and spend a couple of hours slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. It’s a space to share what’s on your heart (if you want to), listen to others, and feel genuinely heard and supported – without any judgement.
We usually begin with a guided meditation to help you slow down, drop out of your mind and reconnect with your heart, intuition and inner wisdom. From there, I’ll offer gentle journalling prompts to help you go deeper into what’s present for you, along with space to reflect, set intentions, and share (only if you feel called to). Each woman is invited to be witnessed and heard without judgement, in a space rooted in warmth, honesty and connection. These circles aren’t about having the “right” answers or fixing yourself; they’re about coming home to your joy, inner power and authentic self through simple, grounding practices and meaningful connection with other women.
At its heart, it’s about connection. Being in a room with other women who get it, where you don’t have to explain yourself or hold it all together. It’s not therapy or a support group – just a nourishing pause in your week, a chance to breathe, be real, and leave feeling a little lighter, more like yourself and connected to your intuition and joy.
Journalling workshops
Journalling is one of the most powerful tools for self-inquiry. It allows thoughts and feelings to surface in ways that can be surprising, honest and often deeply clarifying. It’s truly the most transformative tool I’ve explored.
These guided journalling sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your inner voice through writing.
They offer thoughtfully designed prompts and a supportive environment to explore your inner world through writing.
Journalling workshops are open to all genders and require no prior writing experience – just curiosity and a willingness to reflect.
