My story
The first women’s circle I attended lit something in me. It was one of the most nourishing experiences I’d ever had; all the things that usually fill my cup (journalling, meditation, inner reflection), but shared in a room full of women who were truly present and there to listen.
I remember leaving that first circle knowing I wanted to hold spaces like this for others. It felt like a simple but powerful way to offer something meaningful to my community.
I trained as a circle facilitator with Circle of Women under the mentorship of the incredible Aiste Anandi, and since then I’ve sat in many different kinds of circles, learning from a range of approaches and practices along the way.
Over time, I’ve found my own style – one that centres around honest sharing. I’ve seen how much shifts when women are given the space to speak openly and be fully heard, without judgement or pressure. There’s something incredibly heart opening and validating about being witnessed in that way, just as you are, whether you’re feeling clear and open, or messy and unsure.
Each circle has a theme. Sometimes that might be intention-setting around a new moon, or exploring something like joy, stillness or inner power. Other times, I draw on seasonal rhythms or Celtic festivals. I love weaving in these elements, but always in a way that feels accessible and relevant to everyday life.
At its heart, my work is about creating a space where you can slow down, reflect and connect (both with yourself and with others) in a way that feels real, supportive, and easy to step into. My intention is always to bring women back into their heart and intuition.
